3rd Item: City Attorney read letter of recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission recommending a zone change from R-2 Residential to C-2 Commercial for 304/306 Campbellsville Street (owned by Multi-Purpose Rental.


4th Item: Introduce for 1st reading the following ordinance:

Ordinance No. 920.70: An ordinance amending the Columbia Zoning Regulations and Columbia Official Zoning Districts Map:City attorney give 1st reading of ordinance (no vote required)
5th Item: Mayor Announcements

6th Item: Council Announcements

7th Item: Motion to Adjourn
