Letter: Power Outage Ann Murphy writes: I had just got back from Kroger, and my electric kept flickering, on and off. It did this, several times, then went out, and stayed out. I stumbled around, trying to find my phone, to use the flashlight. I couldn't find it. My furbabies kept whining and didn't know what was going on. It seemed like forever, when the power finally came back on. It was off about 20 minutes.
