David (Sleepy) Groce, Cumberland County, KY David "Sleepy" Groce of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, Kentucky, having attained the age of 79 years 2 months and 27 days. He is survived by his wife, Janice (Flowers) Groce of Burkesville, his children, Ricky Groce of Burkesville, Barbara (& Andy) Davidson of Burkesville, Kentucky, his siblings, Joe Groce of Indianapolis, Indiana, Lonnie (& Debbie) Groce of Burkesville, and Beatrice (& Bobby) Davidson of Burkesville, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. The funeral service for Mr. David "Sleepy" Groce will be conducted on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 1 at The Branham Grove Baptist in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 11 on Friday morning at The Branham Grove Baptist Church until the funeral service hour. Norris-New Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
