Cloudy on Friday with strong winds, high 67F

It's currently 43F at the Adair County Mesonet station. We'll see increasing clouds to day, with a high near 67F. Winds will be out of the southwest this afternoon, and a Wind Advisory has been issued from 11amCT until 5pmCT, as gusts could be as high as 45mph. The National Weather Service in Louisville warns that gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and weakened tree limbs could be blown down, resulting in power outages.

Tonight will be cloudy, with scattered rain showers and possibly a snow shower. The overnight low will be around 29F. Southwest wind 7 to 11 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Saturday will bring a slight chance of snow showers, with a high near 39F. Northwest wind 6 to 8 mph.

Saturday night will be mostly cloudy and colder, with an overnight low around 18F and northwest wind around 6 mph becoming calm after midnight.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 35F and calm wind becoming west 5 to 7 mph in the morning.

Sunday night will be partly cloudy, with a 20 percent chance of snow showers before midnight. Expect an overnight low around 14F.
