Mildred Mills, 71, Casey County, KY (1950-2022)

Mildred Mills, of Liberty, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at age 71.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, pets, and wildlife watching. Born on September 1, 1950, in Casey County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Murrell and Rose Shell Cravens.



She is survived by her husband, Douglas Mills, who she wed on March 1, 2002; a son, Robert Gordon of Casey County; three daughters, Tonya Young, Jennifer Ready, and Denise Elliott; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her stepfather, Lester Wilson of Casey County; a brother, Ronald Cravens of Casey County; and a sister, Jean Cravens of Versailles.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Cravens.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will follow in South Fork Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11-1 on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
