Columbia Police arrest Adair County Deputy Jailer Greg L. Burton Greg L. Burton, 24, Columbia, KY, a Deputy Jailer at the Adair County Regional Jail, was arrested late at 12:00 a.m., Sunday night and was charged with assault 4th degree and other charges. Officer Gary Roy of the Columbia Police Department made the arrest. Besides the assault, 4th degree charge, Greg Burton is also charged with the following:
