Gary Bowers, 69, Burkesville, KY (1952-2022) Gary Lee Bowers Burkesville passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at his home. He was 69 years old. The funeral service will be held at 4pmCT on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Burkesville, KY, with cremation to follow. Visitation is requested from 2pmCT to 4pmCT on Saturday, January 29, 2022. Gary was born on March 13, 1952 in Peck, MI, to the late Eldon Leo Bowers and Edith Will Bowers. He was a stock broker forever, having owned a Raymond James Brokerage in Elizabethtown for many years. He was united in marriage to Evie Laughton on April 27, 1979 in Sandusky, MI. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an uncle, Cliff Bowers, niece Corey Alfaro and an infant brother. Survivors include:
