Pauline Posey, 81, Nazareth, KY (1940-2022) Pauline Posey of Nazareth, formerly of Clementsville, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022, in Louisville. She was 81 years old. All services will be held privately at St. Bernard Catholic Church, with interment to follow in the Church Cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Born October 15, 1940, in Clementsville, KY, she was a daughter of the late Vitus and Helen Elizabeth Wethington Posey. Pauline was a RN, teacher, and a banker. She graduated from St. Bernard High School in 1958 and went on to get her bachelor's degree at Brescia College in Owensboro in 1962. Pauline was a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Nazareth and she attended St. Bernard Catholic Church. She enjoyed working crossword and jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, and walking. Survivors include her brothers, Frankie (and Wilma) Posey, Vernon (and Carla) Posey, and Gary (and Connie) Posey; sisters, Betty (and Billy) Terry, Alene (and Carl) Hicks, Patty (and Lin) Higgs, and Alice (and the late Kevin) McAleer; and a host of nieces and nephews also survive. Pauline was preceded by her parents; brothers, Freddy, Winfrey, and Carroll Posey; and sister, Loeta Posey. Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Bernard Catholic Church, 5075 KY 551, Liberty, KY 42539 or to the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, P.O. Box 9, Nazareth, KY 40048.
