Gordon Wayne Blair, 61, Hart Co., KY (1960-2022) Gordon Wayne Blair of Canmer passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. He was 61 years old. Funeral services for Gordon Blair will be held at 11amCT on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at the Whickerville Baptist Church, with Bro. Richard Blair officiating. Burial will follow in the Whickerville Cemetery. Visitation will begin at the Whickerville Baptist Church from 1pmCT on Tuesday until service time Wednesday. Gordon Wayne Blair of Canmer, Kentucky was born September 18, 1960. He was preceded in death by his mother Sue Ann Blair of Edmonton. Two brothers. Charles Ray Blair of Glasgow and Danny Dale Blair of Horse Cave. He is survived by his wife Margaret Blair of Canmer. A daughter Valerie Sue Turner of Cave City. Five grandchildren. Aniyah Neiten of Hardyville, Payton, Gabriel, Isiaha and Bellamy Turner all of Glasgow. His father Charles Blair. A brother Richard Lee (Jessica) Blair. Sister Vanessa (Royce) Yates. Two nieces. Sherry (Steven) Hogan and Angela (Jacob) Self. Three nephews. Thomas Yates, Timothy Dale (Kayleigh) Blair and Zackery Blair. An adopted sister Nathasa Jewell. Gordon confessed his faith in Christ at the age of 12 years old. He was a retired certified mechanic and a member of the Whickerville Baptist Church at Hardyville, Kentucky.
