Mattingley airlifted from Westlake to UofL after motorcycle accident Johnnie Tarter, Dispatcher at KSP Columbia Post 15 reported that a Brooks, Kentucky woman was transported from Westlake Regional Hospital to University of Louisville Medical Center after an accident on Highway 704. Marsha C. Mattingley was traveling north on a motorcycle about 9 miles out of Columbia when she swerved to avoid hitting several turkeys in the road. She lost control and overturned in the roadway.
