ACSO: Two arrested after search of residence

On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, the Adair County Sheriff's Office arrested two people on felony drug charges.

The incident occurred 14 miles west of Columbia at a residence off Dean Woods Road. K-9 Deputy Chandler Staten and Deputy Kenny Perkins arrested the two after a search of a residence. They were charged with the following offenses:


Amy Curry, age 38, was arrested on charges of
  • - Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine
  • - Possession of drug paraphernalia
Skyler Kjelson, age 28, was arrested on charges of
  • -Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine
  • -Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • -Possession of marijuana
  • -Outstanding warrants of arrest in multiple counties
The Adair County Sheriff's Office is continuing the investigation.
