I65 Welcome Center closed at KY-TN Line By Wes Watt Bowling Green, KY - The Kentucky Welcome Center on Interstate 65 at the Kentucky-Tennessee line is closed due to inclement weather. The Welcome Center closed at 3:30pmCT on Thursday, and will reopen Friday at 11amCT. Truck parking will remain open even though the Welcome Center is closed.
