Tornado watch issued through 8amCT on Saturday At 1:25amCT/2:25amET on Saturday, December 11, 2021, the National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center in Norman, OK, issued a tornado watch for an area that includes Adair and all surrounding counties in Kentucky. This tornado watch is in effect until 8amCT/9amET. A Tornado Watch means that you should be prepared. Tornadoes are possible in and near the watch area. Review and discuss your emergency plans and check supplies and your safe room. Be ready to act quickly if a warning is issued or you suspect a tornado is approaching.
