Russell County man arrested for impersonating a police officer State Trooper Kendra Wilson from the Columbia Post arrested 28-year-old Kevin Tucker of Russell Springs at 2:30 a.m. this morning for impersonating a police officer. A call came in at 10:19 p.m. last night that a male subject had confronted a femal at a car wash in the Eli Community He started waving a handgun and told her he was the sheriff. The femal got in her car and fled the scene.After an investigation, Tucker was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Jail where he was charged with wanton endangerment, first degree, and impersonating a police officer.
