Stacey Bailey issues thanks for help on flower project Stacey Bailey, Director of the Columbia-Adair County Industrial Authority and point person on the flower planting project on the Square, thanked those who helped, including, Curtis Hardwick, Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin, Benton Fudge, Richard Phelps, Susan Loy, Stacey Bailey, Ed Waggener, and members of the Adair County Drug Court., all of whom worked in the planting project. She also noted that the Adair County Regional Jail provided labor to clean out the beds before planting.She added that all the plants and mulch were bought at special prices or were donated. "We purchased the majority of the flowers from the ACHS greenhouse and the rest were donated by Reva Karnes," Miss Bailey said. This story was posted on 2005-05-21 16:13:54
