Wanda Lynn Sapp, 61, Taylor Co., KY (1960-2021)

Wanda Lynn Sapp of Taylor County passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. She was 61 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Rev. Brent Gupton. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.

Visitation is requested from 11amET until 2pmET on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.


Wanda Lynn Sapp was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Wanda never met a stranger and all were welcome at her house.

She was born to the late Herbert England and Elizabeth Crawley England on August 15, 1960 in Taylor County, Kentucky.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Meadowview Baptist Church.

Wanda retired from Auto Smart after a very successful sales career.

She enjoyed hosting family get-togethers, riding motorcycles, visiting the Great Smoky Mountains and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Along with Wayne, she was a former member of the Lions Club.

She united in marriage to Wayne Sapp August 10, 1979.

Besides her husband, Wayne Sapp of Campbellsville, she is survived by two sons: Josh Sapp and wife, Tasha of Indianapolis, Indiana and Shane Sapp of Russellville, Kentucky; three grandchildren: Kyler Sapp, Bailey Sapp and Hank Sapp; two brothers: Dr. Ray England and wife, Leslie of Evansville, Indiana and Larry England and wife, Betty Sue of Campbellsville; mother-in-law, Martha Sapp Kessinger and a brother-in-law, Gary Sapp of Campbellsville and one sister-in-law, Kathy Pierce of Iowa; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Sapp, her father-in-law, Douglas Sapp and her brother-in-law, Chris Pierce.

Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to Alzheimers Association or Hosparus of Green River and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
