Wilma Osborne Curry, 71, Columbia, KY native (1950-2021) Wilma Osborne Curry of Elizabethtown passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin. She was 71 years old. The funeral will be held at 2pmET on Friday, October 22, 2021, at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College Street, Elizabethtown, KY, with Bro. Dale Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Hardin Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday from 4pmET to 8pmET, and will continue after NoonET on Friday at the funeral home. She was a native of Columbia, KY, a member of Southeast Christian Church and retired from the Hardin County School System where she taught for 29 years. She loved her family and treated everyone like family. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Alice Osborne. Survivors include her husband, Jim Curry; one daughter and her husband, Heather and Matt Paynter; two grandchildren, Ellie Paynter and Charlie Paynter all of Elizabethtown and two special cousins, Pat Armstrong and Roger Dale Smith.
