Casey driver airlifted to UL following one vehicle crash Mona Richardson, 58, was flown to U.L. Hospital following a one-vehicle accident which occurred at 7:50 p.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2005, one-half mile west of Liberty, Casey County, KY. She was driving a 2001 GMC Pickup, traveling west on KY 70. She dropped off the shoulder of the roadway, drove up and embankment, and overturned. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Trooper Toby Young, Columbia Kentucky State Police Post 15, investigated the accident.
