Wee Miss Kentucky visits downtown Columbia

Karaline June Weddle, daughter of Kyle and Presley Weddle of Liberty, holds many titles for such a young girl - she has been chosen as Wee Miss United States Beauty Supreme, Wee Miss Kentucky Personality Supreme and Miss Petite Indiana.

She and her family, including grandparents and great grandparents, visited the Public Square in Columbia for Nanwood Market's coffee and Karaline also insisted on a visit to the fountain. She'd have preferred to jump right in but her family reminded her they were on their way to the Pumpkin Patch so she just enjoyed a few power splashes with her little hands.

Karaline's mom and grandmother both went to Lindsey Wilson College so maybe this tiny beauty queen will also be a LWC student in the future.

Coffee and fountain bring royalty to Columbia

2021-10-08 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Wee Miss Karaline June Weddle brought royalty to Columbia over the weekend. She holds many titles but none of them can compare to the joy she brings to her family just being herself. Her great grandfather, at left, beams as he introduces her to everyone he meets. She's the Wee Miss United States Beauty Supreme, Wee Miss Kentucky Personality Supreme and Miss Petite Indiana.

In the family group by the fountain on the Square in Columbia are: Hershell and Donna Price, at left, her great grandparents; Karaline with her mom and dad, Kyle and Presley Weddle of Liberty; and her grandparents, Angie and Brian Taylor, at right. They let Karaline set the agenda, coffee at Nanwood and then splashing in the fountain.
