Cross-Country: LWC Prepare for Great Louisville Classic

The Lindsey Wilson men and women's cross-country teams continue their season tomorrow in the Greater Louisville Classic. Both teams are scheduled to begin at 10amCT/11amET.

The race will be in Louisville for the twentieth year in a row.


Last season, the men's team finished in first place with 27 team points. Four Blue Raiders landed in the top-10 with Levi Owen leading the way for Lindsey Wilson, finishing in second place with a time of 26 minutes and 23.1 seconds.

The women's team placed second in the event last year, totaling 82 points. Meredith Johnson placed first with a time of 18:53. Alyssa Sharp landed in sixth with a time of 20:03.7.
