Ralph Bolin Sneed, 79, Columbia, KY (1942-2021) Ralph Bolin Sneed of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Metcalfe County Nursing Home. He was 79 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with burial to follow in the Moore Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday after 10amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. He was born on February 15, 1942 in Adair County to the late Charlie and Sally Frances Moore Sneed. Mr. Sneed was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Columbia and a former employee of the Adair County Road Department. Survivors include three children Mark Sneed (Penny Mockobee) of Apollo Beach, FL, Jennifer Mann (Michael) of Columbia and Donna Propes (Jason) of Elizabethtown, KY; five grandchildren Mark Anthony Sneed (Yukino), Dylan Mann, Macy Mann, Dawson Propes and Davis Propes; a great grandchild Mikasa Sneed and a nephew Leonard Cape. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Ruth Cape and Opal Coomer. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
