Donnie Ray Milby, 72, Green Co., KY (1948-2021) Donnie Ray Milby of Green County passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the Baptist Health - Hardin Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was 72 years old. There will be a Graveside Service for Mr. Donnie Ray Milby conducted at NoonCT on Friday, October 1, 2021, at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY, with Bro. Tim Skaggs will be officiating. Mr. Donnie Ray Milby, son of the late Mr. Ray Milby and Mrs. Effie Matherly Milby, was born October 17, 1948 in Taylor County, Kentucky. Mr. Milby had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. He was also a retired truck driver for the H. D. Transport service. He united in marriage to Miss Roxye Ann Thomas on August 1, 1983, who survives. He is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Sandy & Kenny Hill of Mt. Sherman and Joy & Gary Foster of Elizabethtown; a son & daughter-in-law: Tim & Kim Skaggs of Texas; a brother: Jerry M. Milby of Greensburg; 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great-grandchildren, and one Great-Great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. Pallbearers: Gary Foster, Larkin Sidebottom, Josh Stieler, Matt Skaggs, Luke Skaggs, Billy Joe Hill Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
