Tyler Bolin, 27, Jamestown, KY (1994-2021)

Tyler Bolin of Jamestown, formerly of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, from injuries received in an accident. He was 27 years old.

Visitation is requested on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 5pmCT until 8pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Cremation will follow the visitation.


Survivors include:
  • His wife - Taylor Swink Bolin of Jamestown
  • His parents - Daryl and Breanna Bolin of Columbia
  • His mother - Janet Bolin of Casey County
  • Three sons - Austin and Ashton Cooper, Aydyn Swink all of Ewing, Virginia
  • One daughter - Averie Bolin of Jamestown
  • Two brothers - Samuel Locker of Nashville and Alexander Bolin of Columbia
  • One sister - Emily Newton of Somerset
