Beulah Fay Guffey, 87, Russell County, KY (1933-2021) Beulah Fay Guffey, 87, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Monday, September 20th, at her residence. Beulah was born in Russell Springs, KY on November 10, 1933, a daughter of Clara (Richards) and Buford Grider. She loved gardening, working with her flowers, cooking and reading historical articles of places where she had lived. She attended Mt. Hope Baptist Church and had given her heart to Christ early in her life. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Beulah is survived by Two sons Larry Guffey, of Jamestown, KY; Terry , husband of Diana Guffey, of Frankfort, KY; A sister, Wanda Sue Carter, of Sano, KY; a sister in law Flora Grider, of Russell Springs, KY A brother, Charles, husband of Phyllis Grider, of Windsor, KY; She is also survived by 6 grandchildren Jill Guffey, Jan Johnston, Joni Gruwell (Chris), Jordan Turpin (Tyler), Kenny Scott Guffey (Tiffanie), and Bo Guffey, and by 8 great grandchildren Emilee Coleman, Sydney Johnston, Lyndsey Johnston, Jaida Coleman, Hayley Johnston, Rachel Gruwell, Clayton Gruwell and Delilah Guffey. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth Guffey and a brother Donald Ray Grider. Graveside Services will be held at Jack Lawless Cemetery, Jamestown, KY, at 11amCT on Friday, September 24, 2021 with Bro. Randy Brown and Bro. Willard Bryant officiating.
