Theresa McLean Bailey, 49 The funeral service for Theresa McLean Bailey, 49, New Port Richey, FL, formerly of Columbia, KY, will be Monday, April 18, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Dwight Forderhase officiating. Mrs. Bailey died April 13, 2005, at her residence, after an illness. She was a registered nurse for Trinity Outpatient Surgery and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include the following:
Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:30 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2005, at Grissom Funeral Home. Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
