Theresa McLean Bailey, 49

The funeral service for Theresa McLean Bailey, 49, New Port Richey, FL, formerly of Columbia, KY, will be Monday, April 18, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Dwight Forderhase officiating.

Mrs. Bailey died April 13, 2005, at her residence, after an illness.


She was a registered nurse for Trinity Outpatient Surgery and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her parents: Hubert Earl and Avis Marie McElroy McLean, Columbia, KY

  • Her husband: Phillip Bailey, New Port Richey, FL

  • One son: Stephen Bailey, New Port Richey, FL

  • Two brothers: David and Phillip McLean, both of Columbia, KY

  • Four sisters: Pam Hicks, Burkesville, KY; Sandra Cundiff, Columbia, KY; Debra Martin, Liberty, KY; and Melissa Wayman, Campbellsville, KY

  • Her grandparents: Velmer and Beulah Burton, Russell Springs, KY
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffery McLean and her paternal grandparents, Herbert and Hattie McLean.

Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5:30 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2005, at Grissom Funeral Home.

Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
