KSP make arrests in Jamestown arson case By Tpr. Nick Hale Jamestown, KY - The Kentucky State Police arrested two people today after conducting a seven month investigation of an arson that destroyed Triple Crown Outfitters Lodge in Jamestown, KY in February of this year. 33 year old Sarah Lykins of Jamestown, KY, was charged with Arson 2nd degree. 41 year old Richard Carlisle of Owensboro, KY, was charged with Complicity to Arson 2nd Degree. Both subjects were lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. This investigation was conducted by Detective Terry Scott. This story was posted on 2021-09-15 18:06:09
