Gary Rex Ford, 69, Green County, KY (1952-2021) Gary Rex Ford, age 69 of the Summersville Community of Green County passed away Friday September 10, 2021 at his residence. He was born on March 2, 1952 to Mary Ann Booker Ford of Green County and the late Rev. Charles G. Ford. He joined Jacob Grave Baptist church at an early age. He served in the United States Army and was an Executive Chef. He was honorably discharged the 17th of October 1978. His mother was faithful about seeing to his needs. He is survived by his mother: Mary Ann Booker Ford of Green County, four brothers and three sisters-in-law: Charles R and Margaret Ford of Kansas City, Missouri, William B. Ford of Greensburg, Dale J. and Marie Ford of Campbellsville and Dr. OB and Berenda Ford of Lexington, KY, two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Winifred and Larry Williams of Campbellsville and Durcilla and Robert Porter of Greensburg. He is preceded in death by his father Rev. Charles G. Ford and one brother, Phillip G. Ford. Visitation will be from 1-2pmCT Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. A Graveside Service will be immediately following the visitation at Green County Memory Gardens in the Summersville Community of Green County with Dr. O.B. Ford officiating. Full Military Honors will be provided by Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Green County Memory Gardens. This story was posted on 2021-09-12 00:03:28
