Public Notice
Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 14, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in City Hall to consider the following:
  1. A request for Zone Change from R-1 Low Density Residential to R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential for one (1) lot) for one lot located at 207 Church Street
  2. A request for Zone Change from R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to C-2 highway Oriented Commercial for one (1) lot located at 619 Tutt Street
The hearing is open to the public.
