Man in Jeep stops, exposes himself to young girls in Knifley

Sheriff seeking information to help identify driver
The Adair County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident which occured Tuesday, March 29, 2005 around 6:00 p.m. on Union Church in the Knifley Community of Adair County. Three young girls ages 15, 10, and 2 were walking on Union Church Road when a late model black Jeep Cherokee passed them. A short time later the vehicle returned, stopped and a white male got out and exposed himself to the girls.


The girls ran away without further incident. The driver of the vehicle is described as being a white male 30-40 years of age with a medium build, medium height and light brown, greying and thinning hair.

Deputies Brad Scholl and Don Knifley are conducting the investigation.
