Roger Bertram, 69, Jamestown, KY (1951-2021)

Roger Bertram of Monticello passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at Jean Waddle Care Center, Somerset, KY.

A religious service will be held at 2pmCT on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N. Main St., Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Brandon Welch officiating. Interment will follow at Jamestown Cemetery, with military honors by Russell County Honor Guard.

Friends may visit on Saturday from 11amCT until time of service at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.

Roger was born in Monticello, KY on October 6, 1951, a son of the late Grace Ann (Crabtree) and Marcus Bertram.

He served in the U.S. Army. He was a Truck Driver at First Fleet

Roger is survived by
  • Two daughters, Angela Braden, of Monticello, KY; Melinda Kinnett, of Monticello. KY;
  • A son, Travis Bertram, of Burksville, KY;
  • A brother, Don Bertram, of Monticello, KY.
  • 2 grandchildren Katelyn Braden and MiKayla Griffin,
  • 1 great grandson, Declan Harrison
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Loretta Shearer Bertram, 1 brother Thomas Bertram.

Family request memorial donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland and can be made at the funeral home.
