Letter: Water issues Connie Youngs writes: Am I the only one that is wondering about this? It seems like almost every week there is a mainline water break somewhere in Columbia requiring folks to boil their water for safety. Why does this keep happening?Note: This letter came to us from Connie Youngs with an "s", not to be confused with Connie Young who works at CAUD. We've reached out to CAUD to see if there's any official word on whether local water outages are more frequent than would be expected.
