Arrest made in recent school break-ins Following an investigation into recent school break-ins in Green and Taylor Counties, Jose Ruiz, Jr. of the Windsor community in Casey County was arrested on March 28, 2005. Detective Alex Wesley was the arson investigator. Ruiz was charged with two counts of burglary first, burglary third, arson second and wanton endangerment first. He was lodged in the Casey County jail. This was a joint investigation conducted by the Kentucky State Police, the Greensburg Police Department, The Campbellsbille Police Department and Taylor County Sheriff's Department. s/ Sgt.
