Sandra Lynn Walker Johnson, 61, Greensburg, KY (1960-2021)

Sandra Lynn Walker Johnson of Greensburg passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at her home. She was 61 years old.

The funeral services for Sandra Lynn Walker Johnson will be conducted at 10amCT on Friday, August 6, 2021, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main St., Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Jerry Noe and Bro. Daniel Marcum officiating. Burial will follow in the Bennett Cemetery.

Visitation is requested from 4pmCT until 8pmCT on Thursday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, and after 7amCT on Friday until time of the funeral service.


Sandra Lynn Walker Johnson, daughter of the late Virgil Walker and Evelyn Delois Larimore Walker, was born on Wednesday, April 20, 1960 in Taylor County, Kentucky.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was an active member of the Summersville Baptist Church where she also served on the kitchen committee. She was employed with Walmart for 18 years, and was currently the assistant manager for Family Dollar. Sandra was also a volunteer for the Children's Miracle Network.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Tarrah and Ryan Krause of Georgetown; a son and daughter-in-law: Clint and Lindsay Walker of Summersville; five grandchildren: Isaac Krause, Caleb Krause both of Lexington, Konner Gibson of Georgetown, Collin Walker, and Knox Walker both of Summersville all being the loves of her life. Other survivors include a brother: Wendell Walker of Campbellsville; a sister and brother-in-law: Sharon and Jerry Noe of Summersville; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Children's Miracle Network or the Bennett Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
