Obituary: Carlos D. Stotts, 70, Adair Co., KY A graveside service was held Thursday, March 17, 2005, at Harrods Fork Cemetery, for Carlos D. Stotts, 70, 2276 Carrie Bolin Drive, Columbia, KY, who passed away at his home. Bro. Lonny Karnes officiated. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements. Mr. Stotts was retired from HUD in Louisville, KY, and had served in the US Marines. He was the son of the late Rev. Joe Ervin and Cordia Campbell Stotts. He is survived by the following:
