KDOT computers partially down today By Lisa Greer, Adair County Clerk Currently Kentucky Department of Transportation Computers are only partially working state wide. We are not able at this time to do any transfers, dealer assignments, etc. We can do renewals. State technicians are currently working on the issues. Once they give us the go ahead, we will let you know, Sorry for any inconvenience.
