Dorothy Weddle Russell, 78, Russell County, KY Dorothy Weddle Russell, age 78, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home. She was born on Tuesday, September 08 1942, in Somerset, Ky. She was a homemaker and member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Deborah Gosser, of Russell Springs KY; and Tamela Darnell, spouse Lee, of Clayton GA 3 Sisters: Ethel Lane, spouse John, of Nancy KY; Virginia Howell, of Somerset KY; and Anna Rose Oakes, and spouse Wendell, of Nancy KY 1 Brother: Dee Weddle, of Nancy KY She is also survived by five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Russell. Funeral services will be 12 Noon Monday, June 21 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 10 until 12 Noon Monday, June 21 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Highway 3525, Russell Springs, KY. Officiating: Bro. Mike Howell. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
