Amanda Megan Vaughn, 21 Services will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at 11 a.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home for Amanda Vaughn whose death occurred suddenly at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington on Saturday, February 19. Visitation will begin after 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Amanda is survived by:
