Carol Diana Wilson, 74, Casey Co., KY (1946-2021) Carol Diana (Poff) Wilson passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, in Danville, KY. She was 74 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1pmET on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pmET until 8pmET on Friday at the funeral home. Facial coverings are required. Born August 18, 1946, in Casey Co., KY, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Cleo Passmore Poff. Carol was a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church. She was retired from OshKosh B'Gosh. Carol enjoyed sewing, gardening, and canning. Survivors include her husband, Garland Wilson, whom she wed on June 4, 1962; daughter, Charlene (and Jason) Bryant of Liberty; sons, Randy (and Cheryl) Wilson, Richard (and Barbara) Wilson, and Randal (and Becci) Wilson, all of Liberty; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other children that Carol helped raise over the years. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William, Andy, Eugene, and Vernon Poff; and sisters, Pearl Martin, Evelyn Mason, Ina Emerson, Lillian Kay Passmore, and Juanita Thompson. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Poplar Springs Cemetery Fund. Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
