Obituary: Ruby Maxine Andrew, 84, Adair Co., KY Ruby Maxine Andrew, 84, Indianapolis, IN, formerly of the Glens Fork Community, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2005, in Indianapolis, IN, after an illness. The funeral service will be Sunday, February 20, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jay Damron the officiating clergy. She was the daughter of the late W.G. and Minnie Turner Andrew of Glens Fork, KY. Mrs. Andrew attended the Glens Fork Church of the Nazarene and was a homemaker. She is survived by the following:
