The Adair County Board of Education agenda for the regular February meeting, Thursday, February 17, 2005, will include consideration of the sale of timber on its recently purchased Carter Property, plus many other items.

  5. Approval of payment of bills. Renae Smith
  6. Approval of pay request No. 2 revised and pay request No. 3 to Ameresco
  7. Approval of Senior Class trip to New York City using a certificated common carrier
  8. Approval to apply for WHAS grant
  9. Approval to use 2004 KIP survey results for presentations, grant applications. Ellen Zornes
  10. Acknowledgement of personel actioin

  11. Superintendent's report
  12. Public comments
  13. Approval of BG-1 form for softball field lights at Adair County High School
  14. Approval of BG-2 and BG-3 forms on new Adair County Elementary School
  15. Discuss sale of timber on recently purchased Carter Property
  16. Approval of SBDM allocations
  17. Gifted/talented presentation. Carla Kirkland
  18. Executive session, pursuant to KRS 61.150(1)(C) pending litigation
  19. Adjournment
The meeting is open to the public.
