Bruce Willard Milby, 85, Campbellsville, KY (1935-2021) Bruce Willard Milby of Campbellsville passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021. He was 85 years old. Graveside services for Bruce Willard Milby will be conducted at 4pmCT on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Cox Cemetery in Taylor County, Kentucky. Visitation for Mr. Bruce W. Milby will be on Tuesday, from 1pmCT until 3:30pmCT at the Greensburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church courtyard, behind the church. Bruce Willard Milby, son of the late Roy Milby and Irene W. Wilcoxson Milby, was born on Wednesday, May 29, 1935 in Green County, Kentucky. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mr. Milby was also a Real Estate Agent, and was a United States Army Veteran having served between the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jewell Frances Cox Milby on February 16, 2017 having united in marriage on October 21, 1956. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law: Bryon Milby of Campbellsville, and Steve and Donna Milby of North Carolina; two granddaughters: Amber Milby Bennett and her husband, Tyler, and Haley Milby all of North Carolina; two brothers and a sister-in-law: John Douglas Milby of Greensburg, and Roy and Mary Milby of Tennessee; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Milby was also preceded in death by a sister: Nancy Carol Yates. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Greensburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund or the Cox Cemetery, which can be made at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home or at the visitation.
