New poll seeks the truth about the James Brothers A new poll is on the front page, Guilty or Not Guilty?: Did Jesse and Frank rob the Bank of Columbia? It is a question which is enough to split the heads of sincere historians, and even circuit court judges like ripe watermelons. Despite that danger, we think the question deserves the most in-depth consideration and research, as well as off-the-cuff, snap opinions. Comments from those more knowledgeable about the question are most certainly welcome. In particular, we seek bibliographical material, essays, and links to sites with more on the subject are sought. To vote, go down the lower right hand column, vote, and click through for results. We'd ask that each reader vote only once in this and other surveys. This story was posted on 2005-01-27 13:56:31
