KSP after men who committed armed robbery at Green River Spillway

Updated January 17, 2005: Information received today updates the information in the article below. The armed robbery did not occur at Green River Marina. All other information in the earlier article was correct, according to the post.
The Kentucky State Police Columbia Post is investigating an armed robbery which occurred in the lower parking lot of the Green River Lake spillway in Taylor County on Saturday evening, January 15, 2005.


The suspects were described as follows:
  1. White male, 6'2" with very short light brown hair, crooked teeth, goatee, and mustache. He was wearing a white fleece pullover with red and blue square emblem on the front and tan pants. This suspect was armed with a handgun.
  2. White male, 6', with dark brown hair over the ears, mustache with possible facial hair. He was wearing a white fleece pullover with red and blue emblem on the front and blue jeans.
The victim was not hurt.

The suspects were wearing a brown or gold mid-size car.
