Joseph Beryl Foster, 63, Casey County, KY (1957-2021) Joseph Beryl Foster, age 63, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday March 5, 2021. Joseph was a truck driver for Tarter Industries, he was the Captain and Chairman of the Board at Poplar Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Assistant Chief of Dunnville Volunteer Fire Department and member and treasurer of Willow Springs United Methodist Church. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on August 29th, 1957 a son of the late Alva and Viola Sanders Foster. Survivors include: His Spouse: Paulletta G. Randolph Foster, Two Daughters: Jennifer Ann and (Casey) Roy of Liberty and Jeannetta Sandlin of Somerset, Six Grandchildren: Mason Roy, Abigayle Hatfield, Gabrielle Hatfield, Thomas Roy, Erica Sandlin and Sara Sandlin, Two Brothers: Alva J. Foster and Albert Foster both of OH and One Sister: Wanda Cook of AL. Preceding him in death besides his parents was: One Grandson: Joseph William Hatfield, Three Sisters: Ruby Gifford, Rita Foster and Barbara Foster and One Brother: Jeffrey Foster. A Walk Thru Visitation will be held 6-8pmET Monday March 8, 2021 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 12noonET Tuesday March 9, 2021 at Willow Springs United Methodist Church. Rev. Dale Wethington officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Springs Cemetery Cemetery. Due to State Mandate: Masks will be required for the funeral and visitation.
