Jose Anibal Cruz missing from Marion Adjustment Center
Guards at the prison noticed Jose Anibal Cruz was missing at approximately 9:35 p.m., Friday, January 7, 2004. Jose Cruz, who previously lived in Calloway County in the western part of Kentucky, was serving time at the facility for burglary and numerous other offenses. He is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5' 9", 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his chest, abdomen, and thigh. Cruz was last seen wearing a prison issued Khaki Uniform. His direction of travel is unknown at this time.
