Alice Helen Haney, 91, Greensburg, KY (1929-2021) Alice Helen Haney of Greensburg passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. She was 91 years old. Funeral services for Alice Helen Haney will be conducted privately with entombment at the Greensburg Cemetery Mausoleum. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Alice Helen Haney was born October 8, 1929 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She went home to be with her Jesus on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 6 p.m., Central Time. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother. She was a true example of a Proverbs 31 Christian woman. She had a heart of gold and was known by many as a peacemaker. She loved doing crafts and was an avid quilter. She lived life to the fullest and was one tough cookie! She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Caye, her husband, Edward "Bus" Haney, two brothers, Robert Caye and Jack Caye, and one sister, Laverne Caye. She is survived by one son, Roy Nock, (June) of Elizabeth, PA. Three daughters, Kathy Haney Wheeler, (Scott), of Hardyville, KY., Rene Forbes of Greenock, PA., and Cheryl Kretzler of Campbellsville, KY. She is also survived by one sister, Gloria Gramz, nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed. Alice attended Immanuel Ministries and Wisdom Faith Community Church. She also was a member of the Mary and Marth Joy Fellowship in Pennsylvania for well over 40 years. In lieu of flowers or gifts we know that her heart was for Jesus and spreading the Word of God. We request donations to the Gideons in her name. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. The Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.fostertolercurryfh.com.
