City of Columbia P & Z Public Hearing Notice January 18, 2004

January 6, 2005 -- Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission wil hold a Public Hearing on January 18, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in City Hall to consider the following:

  1. Two (2) lots on Highway 55 North to be annexed into the City per owners (Orvis & Tony Grider) request. Lots to be zoned by Planning Commission as required by Regulations 4.17 and Article 10. Zone to be R-2 Residential

  2. Planning Commission to consider a request for a zone change from R-2 Residential to C-2 Highway Commercial for a lot fronting on Highway South across from Industrial Park road.

  3. One (1) lot consisting of approximately 10 acres to be annexed into the City per owner (Ronnie Janes) request. property located on Highway 55 South across from Industrial Park Road. Consider zone change to C-2 Highway Commercial.
The Hearing is open to the public.
