Letter: Time to look at combined city/county government Steve Smith writes: We are all concerned with the possibility of additional taxes. I think its time to look at a combined city and county entity. This would eliminate the need for additional taxes. It's time we look at the best way to handle this problem that we have been facing for several years. I would like to challenge our officials to look at this option.
