Two hospitalized after car strikes cow in roadway


Driver, passenger both taken to UK Medical Center

Terry Buster, 37, Albany, KY, and a passenger in his car, Patricia Harmon, 33, Monticello, was transported by EMS to the University of Kentucky following a car/cow accident.

The accident occurred at 9:25 p.m., Thursday night, December 9, 2004, one-half mile north of Albany, Clinton County, on KY 558.


Terry Buster was traveling north in a 1996 Chevrolet on KY 558, stuck a cow in the roadway, then left the roadway and struck a tree.

Terry Buster suffered massive head injuries. Patricia Harmon is reported to be in stable condition. Both passengers were wearing seat belts.

KSP Trooper Jay Wilson of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, worked the accident.
