Regular meeting of Columbia City Council is tonight at 6:00 p.m.

Mostly zoning matters in December 6, 2004 session at City Hall

The regular December meeting of the Columbia City Council, tonight, Monday, December 6, 2004, will be mostly concerned with two zoning matters and an ordinance which will give Council sanction for a change in the late charge fee at Columbia Utilities which has been in effect since September 2002.

City Clerk Jane Akin Keltner said that the Columbia Utilities Commission had altered the day for a late payment penalty.

Council action is necessary to make the action official, she said, and that is why the item is on the agenda tonight. "It's just a formality," she said.
